Having attended a few of his workshops, the one thing I respect most about Colin’s approach to facilitation is his uncanny ability to teach without any manner of pretentiousness. It sets a wonderful stage for information sharing. He uses his own vast experience and resource base- but also taps into the experiences and skills of the participants, which honours the broad and diverse backgrounds of those in the not-for-profit sector. The result is a rich and informative session. The participant walks away armed with real tools to deal with real situations and perhaps most importantly, a renewed sense of empowerment and confidence in his/her own abilities.

Colin has provided our municipality with valuable information dealing with Risk Management and understanding the Criminal Records Check. The information is very hands on, easy to understand, easy to implement and follow through. Even if you are already involved in a Risk Management Program, this is a terrific reminder and refresher.
